Episode 7: “The Breakout”
Maya and Leo were thrown into a small, windowless room, their hands bound. The guards left, locking the door behind them. Maya struggled against her restraints, frustration and fear bubbling inside her.

“We can’t let them win,” she said through gritted teeth.
“We won’t,” Leo replied, working on his own bindings. “We just need to find a way out of here.”
Hours passed, and the situation seemed hopeless. But then, they heard a faint noise outside the door. It opened slowly, and a familiar face peered inside – it was Emma, one of their classmates who had also been investigating Project Bliss.
“Quick, before they come back,” Emma whispered, cutting their restraints. “I saw them take you and knew I had to help.”
“Thank you,” Maya said, her voice filled with gratitude. “We need to get out of here and finish what we started.”
They made their way through the school, avoiding security guards and sneaking through hidden passages. Emma led them to a side exit, where a car was waiting.
“Get in,” she said. “I’ll cover for you.”
As they drove away, Maya felt a surge of hope. They had allies, and their fight was far from over. They needed to regroup and plan their next move.
