One night, as they were reviewing the data from the flash drive, Raven pointed to a name that stood out: Alexander King, a wealthy businessman and one of the major financiers of Project Bliss.
“He’s the key,” Raven said. “If we can expose him, we’ll cripple their funding and bring the whole operation down.”
“But how do we get to him?” Emma asked. “He’s one of the most powerful men in the city.”
“We need to find something that connects him directly to the project,” Leo suggested. “Something undeniable.”
Raven nodded. “I might know where to find it. King owns a private estate outside the city. If we can get in, we might find the evidence we need.”
The plan was risky, but they had no other choice. They spent the next few days preparing, gathering supplies and mapping out their approach. The estate was heavily guarded, but with careful planning, they believed they could infiltrate it.
The night of the operation, they moved under the cover of darkness, using the skills they had honed over the past months. They reached the estate and slipped past the guards, making their way to King’s private office.
Inside, they found a safe containing files and digital records. Raven quickly hacked into the system, downloading everything she could. Suddenly, they heard footsteps approaching.
“We need to go, now,” Maya whispered urgently.
They grabbed the files and slipped out of the office just as the guards entered. A tense chase ensued, but they managed to evade capture and escape the estate.
Back at their hideout, they reviewed the files. They found detailed records of King’s involvement in Project Bliss, including financial transactions and communications with key members of the organization.
“This is it,” Maya said, holding up a document. “This is the proof we need.”
